My beautiful girls and I went to the Parklife music festival this weekend in Brisbane. Nat and I went two years ago and it was great but this year was a different story. The event was very much oversold and therefore incredibly overcrowded and disgusting. One of the stages was stuck at over capacity all day and no one could get in. There were too many bogan boys with southern cross tattoos (bad choice, always), too many skimpy leotards, too many girls with bizzare burnt orange coloured skin, too many jerks, too many elbows to the face throughout the day, and just too many people in general. Won't be attending again, especially since the price doubled in the last two years. Anyway, here we are, the top ones are on my friend Amy's camera (she's the one in the tights), and her flickr is HERE if you're interested, which you should be. So in conculsion, Parklife was the musical festival pits of the year, but my most lovely friends made it all fun. Love you girls xo
